Unopened, sealed perfume items may be exchanged under the criteria below. Items damaged in transit are eligible for prompt replacement once reported.

Exchanges are accepted for unopened, sealed packaging. Inspection of the parcel is completed within the timeframe shared at dispatch.

Sealed, unopened fragrance bottles and boxes in original condition qualify for exchange.

Items damaged in transit should be reported with photographs of the parcel and product so we can arrange a replacement.

Opened or used fragrances are not eligible for exchange. Please review our Privacy Policy and Terms for further details on how your information and orders are handled.
